I am a maker in paper and my inspirations are fashion, textiles, pattern, ornament and related subjects. I work in two and three dimensional paper collage. I use both found papers and specialist types, and I use paper and adhesives only. My starting point may be inspired by a subject, or by the character of a paper or sometimes by a technique. Research and experimentation form the background to my ideas. I tend to develop a series of related ideas, expanding and extending their potential.

My work is designed to be wall hung and is presented in wood or perspex box frames.
