I produce small batch ceramic domestic ware in a contemporary style, and decorative pieces of tall vases and large bowls with more individual finishes. These are predominantly in natural colours of blues, greens and browns, and characterised by contrasting textured and smooth finishes.

My work is all hand thrown on the wheel, generally in a sanded white stoneware clay, and electric kiln fired in an oxidised atmosphere to 1240º c (cone 8).

I also offer individual throwing tuition and small group workshops at the studio, which is also open to visitors (by appointment only).
