William Robson

For many years I was co-ordinator of production and design at large photo-litho
origination companies. As computers took over from hand skills I changed direction
and placed myself on a full-time course in decorative stained glass and to my
delight, found myself making wonderful stained glass panels, and fused and slumped
bowls. I exhibited a stained glass panel at the Victoria and Albert Museum at their
`Inspired by` exhibition.

After finishing the course, I made for a year and a half, gaining experience and
stock. I started running as a business in 2006 and was fortunate to be accepted by the
Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen as a member.

I`m a designer/maker, constantly trying out new ideas, using cut glass, glass frit
(granular glass) and glass stains and enamels which I fire in a kiln.

I also produce a successful range of dichroic jewellery.
