The Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen are thrilled to be back with an in person contemporary design and craft event presenting an exhibition at the Market House, Tetbury from 21 – 29 May 2022
Members of The Guild show their creativity and craftsmanship so creating an opportunity to view, buy and commission unique handcrafted work across all media and to also see how pieces are made. Every day a designer/maker is demonstrating, explaining about their inspirations and techniques.
The Guild Crafts Tetbury has also invited two guest exhibitors, glass artist Sue Sills and knitwear designer Henrietta Park.
The work of two highly regarded former Life members of the Guild, Don White (Woodturner) and Chris Noble (Printmaker) who sadly passed in the last year, is available to buy, so a last chance to own pieces of their work.
Come and see exquisite pieces from all disciplines including ceramics by Alistair Young, Annie Hewett, Bridget Williams and Janine Roper, unique jewellery pieces by Elaine Day, Sally Davis, Tim Blades and Fionna Hesketh, textiles to wear by Jan Knibbs and Sarah Beadsmoore, textile for the home by Liz Lippiatt and Jessie James, beautiful books by Ursula Jeakins, wonderful willow weaving by basket maker Susan Early, extraordinary metalwork by Nigel Williams and glass by William Robson
