Pink Sapphire Large 'Tassel' Earrings by Sarah Pulvertaft

The tassel is a cluster of 10 cubes on each earring which move individually, hanging from a single cube stud to just below the earlobe. The Cube stud is set with a pink sapphire.

Dimensions - individual cube size 4mm , total earring length 17mm

After graduating from Sydney College of the Arts Sarah returned to the UK and set up her first workshop in London in 1995 and has been making jewellery ever since.

Sarah uses traditional techniques to make contemporary jewellery in silver and gold, drawing inspiration from many sources including the rural environment in which she now lives and works. Sarah uses repeated and kinetic elements to create intriguing undulating surfaces and patterns in her jewellery.
