Nigel is a glass artist. He trained in London at Peter Laytons studio.

Living and working in Gloucestershire, Nigel has exhibited at The Kingham Sculpture Show,  Glass Glamour at Fresh Air Sculpture and has had a major retrospective at the Montpellier Garden Gallery.

'I am a blown glass artist concentrating on colours and how they mix to create designs in the glass as well as enhancing shape. My pieces are planned carefully but with glass you have to take what you get at the fire and work with it quickly. The glass has a form of its own, each piece is unique it is important to me they are all vessels that will hold fluids or goods they are different in form or shape including platters, jugs, bowls, hanging pieces and vases'.
