We understand that if you are buying a gift for someone you may not always get it right. If that happens, or if you change your mind for any other reason, you may wish to return an item and seek a refund. In this case, you need to let us know in writing no longer than 14 days after the date on which you received the products. Please email us at email@example.com with your order details. We ask that the item is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging within 14 working days from the date the return was arranged. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s). For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. The cost of any undamaged and unworn (if applicable) items, correctly returned, will be credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions/non returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. Items custom made to your specifications cannot be refunded or exchanged. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can evaluate the issue. You will then be contacted with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return delivery method.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
