Jamie grew up on the north-west coast of Scotland. After attending Dartington Hall School in Devon, he went on to complete a BA Hons in 3D Design at Middlesex University, specialising in silversmithing. He worked for a number of years with silversmiths and jewellers in London, Mexico and Canada, before setting up his own workshop in Devon in 1990. Jamie’s work reflects a variety of influences, particularly Celtic, Mexican and South American design traditions. His range includes earrings, bangles, rings, necklaces and cufflinks and most pieces are worked with silver and gold in combination.
