Discover Craft: Meet Our Makers at Local Fairs
During the festive season our makers present their work at select local fairs offering a great opportunity to shop local and support small handmade business in our region.
Rhian Wyman Design will be showcasing her cossetting hand-woven blankets, cushions and homewares at the folowing Christmas fairs across the region, perfect inspiration for thoughtful seasonal gifting and a lovely day out. You will also find a selection of Rhian's handwoven work in our Cheltenham shop and online
15th & 16th November – Rolls of Monmouth Christmas Fair
Rhian begins her festive season at the Rolls of Monmouth Christmas Fair, hosted at the historic mansion that once belonged to Charles Stewart Rolls, co-founder of Rolls-Royce. The house itself is a masterpiece of Victorian Gothic architecture. With sections designed by Sir Aston Webb, the architect behind the Buckingham Palace façade. It truly is an atmospheric backdrop for a festive celebration.

29th & 30th November – Yattendon Christmas Market
Later in November Rhian returns to the Yattendon Winter Market, organised by the Modern Makers Collective. This thoughtfully curated event brings together 24 exceptional designer-makers under the theme of Slow Craftsmanship, highlighting the time, skill and intention behind each handmade piece. Visitors are invited to meet the makers, discover their creative processes and find distinctive works that embody craftsmanship and authenticity.
6th & 7th December – Llanvihangel Court Christmas Fair
Rounding off the festive calendar Rhian will be at Llanvihangel Court, one of Monmouthshire’s oldest surviving Tudor manor houses. A frequent film location, the house exudes historic charm and warmth, making it a perfect setting for a Christmas fair. The event promises a delightful mix of artisan stalls, seasonal food, carols and festive entertainment.
